So…. What is this role exactly?
Your Housing Group are undertaking a wide-ranging Technology programme, alongside the day-to-day work to maintain & improve our systems. We are looking for a Service transition & change lead to help us successfully implement change and ensure the necessary rigour is applied to minimise impact on the business and ensure the correct support models are in place.
You will be homebased, living within the North-West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses as required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for the end-to-end service transition process and the desire to drive innovative approaches to implementing change whilst ensuring the protection of existing live services.
What will my working week look like?
You’ll be required to visit our Head Office in Warrington approximately 3 or 4 times a month, but this can vary week by week and you can have some influence on the frequency based on how you want to manage your team.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be working alongside the business change team to be able to support the change programme, and ensure any changes are transitioned in a controlled and visible manner.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all service transition activities, during every stage of the change process, ensuring project managers adhere to the service transition checklist and change control processes.
One of the great things about this role is you will have the opportunity and flexibility to drive innovation in the service transition approach as you embrace the culture of continuous improvement supporting Value for Money throughout the organisation.
