Salary:  £25,600 - £32,160 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location:  Flexible from any YHG offices/schemes

Duration:  Permanent

Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about the delivery of a first class service to customers?

Working within the Home Ownership Team, based out of Manchester, the successful candidate will contribute towards the effective management of service delivery to the Group’s leasehold retirement customers.  Ensuring the highest possible standards of service are delivered to leaseholders in accordance with lease obligations, leasehold legislation and sector best practise.

To be successful in this role, you will build and maintain positive working relationships with the Scheme Managers on site, together with colleagues across the Group as well as various external customers, to ensure products and services meet contractual and legal requirements, financial budgets, service charges and adhere to KPI’s. 

You will be managing a portfolio of shared ownership and leasehold retirement schemes spread across a wide geographical area, therefore a degree of travelling will be involved and to support this we will provide you with the necessary equipment to aid flexible working

Ideally you will have experience in managing retirement schemes together with knowledge of leasehold legislation, as well as excellent customer service skills.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
