Contract:               Temporary until 30th October 2026

Location:               Willowmere, East Road, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9PY

Weekly Hours:      35 hours per week          

 

So…. What is this role exactly?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Willowmere Retirement Living Scheme in Middlewich and deliver a high quality, customer focused and proactive administration service that meets the needs and requirements of older people.  The role is predominantly a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.

As part of the Willowmere team you will provide support and signposting to our customers; and work with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling our customers at Willowmere to live independently.

One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organization, dealing in person with customers, visitors and external partners.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG’s service to our customers.  

What will my working week look like?  

You will be based onsite at Willowmere, situated in Middlewich. Your work hours will be 35 hours per week.  We operate a two week rota which includes working alternate Saturdays 10-2.

Week one is 8-5 Monday, Thursday, Friday, 8-2 Tuesday and 8-1 Thursday

Week two is 8-5 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 10-2 Saturday

What will I be responsible for doing?

To be successful as an Administrator, here at YHG, you will need to be able to demonstrate

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills

Ideally you will be a….

  • Collaborative team player with a customer first mentality
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to prioritise a busy and reactive workload
  • A great communicator, with excellent attention to detail.

This role is really suited to someone who likes to interact with customers and deliver a people centric service, particularly to older people, who can deal with a wide range of situations with empathy, sensitivity and diplomacy.
