So…. What is this role exactly?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales & Lettings Advisor, covering the North West, to join our small Sales team.

It’s a great time to join team, as this additional Sales Advisor role will support our Board agreed investment into our asset base over the next 5 years and our significant growth aspirations.

We are looking for someone who excels at hitting their targets to achieve optimum sales and rent values, in line with scheme approvals and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor) valuations.

What will my working week look like? 

You’ll predominantly be working Monday to Friday, but on occasion you’ll be required to work weekends – when this happens, you’ll take a day off during the week.

You will live within the North West and live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses.

As you’ll be out and about meeting customers, access to a vehicle is required – business mileage is reimbursed.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will provide first tranche sales of Retirement Living, Shared Ownership and outright purchase, as well as first let of our Private Rental properties.

One of the great things about this role is you’ll be providing customers with a first-class experience,  from their initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring first sale / first let of our properties.
