So…. What is this role exactly?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our amazing Development team here at Your Housing Group.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a busy role where no two days are the same and will excel at giving excellent customer service!

What will my working week look like?  

You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed.  Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office weekly or as and when required.

There will also be a requirement for you to attend our new development sites to support our Sales Team as and when supported is needed. 

What will I be responsible for doing?

In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries and providing administrative support to our Development Sales Team, co-ordinating diaries and arranging property viewings. 

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide a first-class customer experience via telephone and email.  You will also be liaising with colleagues, customers, surveyors and solicitors and assisting with producing monthly reports and obtaining valuations.

You will also work with our internal Governance Team, ensuring documents are processed within the required timeframes, and linking in with the Finance team to administer payments.

• Experience of maintaining accurate records
• Great computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to an intermediate to advanced level
