So…. What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our Income Team.
We are looking for an individual who is well organised and be able to handle a varied workload, and on occasion handle both challenging and sensitive conversations with customers.
What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, ideally living in Warrington, as it is essential you live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington, to attend the office for regular meetings and training courses. Realistically you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately a few times a month.
You will be expected to visit Youggle House frequently throughout your induction period.
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, working 35 hours a week but the hours of work can be discussed and agreed.
What will I be responsible for doing?
This role is in our Income Collection team – the team that ensures that rents and service charges are collected from our 29,000 customers. The Income Assistant role is a crucial role in the team, supporting the wider team with many of our administrative functions helping us ensure that our income service runs smoothly and meets customer needs.

• Excellent administrative skills with experience in Microsoft Word/Excel

• Able to achieve targets and deadlines whilst working under daily pressure
This role is really suited to someone who can be flexible and already has strong administration, organisation, and planning skills with an ability to acquire knowledge and grasp new concepts quickly.
