Job Title: ICT Service Delivery Team Leader

Salary Banding:  £32,000 - £39,750, per annum

Job Location:  Birchwood, Warrington

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Monday to Friday)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Service Delivery Team Leader Desk to join our inspiring, positive and supportive ICT function during a period of significant change in systems, process and strategies.

You will be responsible for working as part of and manage the ICT Service Delivery team to deliver an efficient and effective ICT support function to YHG and be a point of contact for all ICT related issues and requests.

Assist the Service Delivery Manager in all aspects of day to day business, ensuring all incidents are tracked and key performance reporting is used to proactively improve service levels. You also be primarily responsible in the development of the service delivery function and overall ICT team in line with ITIL best practice.

If you have the following experience we would really like to hear from you:

  • Experience in line management, team development and day to day operations of a Service Desk Team
  • Experience in managing and developing service level agreements and operational level agreements whilst providing high levels of customer service
  • Experience in providing direction, coordination of tasks and produce a communication plan in major incidents ensuring ownership and responsibility is retained
  • Experience in providing innovative ideas and continuous improvements for the Service Desk team
  • Being involved in new business ideas and projects and ensuring support arrangements have been identified and planned
  • Experience in providing the communication and support bridge between the ICT Service Desk and the internal ICT teams
  • Experience in supporting a VMware and Citrix environment
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You will need to travel to other locations across the group
  • Experience and knowledge of ITIL standards
  • Ability to promote the good practice of Your Housing Group
  • Ability to lead and deliver change and contribute to culture change successfully
