Due to continued growth and significant investment into Digital and cloud-based transformation, Your Housing Group is expanding its Independent Test Function capability. We therefore have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst to help lead the testing activities across all changes.
As an ICT Senior Test Analyst you will be a key member of the Test team, taking responsibility for scoping, planning, executing, documenting and delivering testing on a wide range of technology changes. You will help to improve quality across the change process, identifying improvement opportunities and challenging the status quo.

You will have strong relationships skills as you will be working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues within ICT Operations, Applications Support, Service Delivery, DevOps, internal Governance and Risk & Assurance and external suppliers.
You will use your previous housing and testing experience, alongside a logical and methodical approach, to assist ICT in focussing on our highest change risks, providing insightful and impactful test scoping and execution and reporting to the ICT Test Manager, Head of Testing and key stakeholders.
If you can demonstrate the following then we would love to hear from you!
- Experience of hand-on testing of software, hardware, digital platforms, IT infrastructure, telephony or business processes and static testing of documentation and other artefacts
- A good understanding of testing principles, approaches, techniques and tools
- Familiarity with test strategies and other testing artefacts
- The ability to transform requirements into clear, concise and readable positive and negative test scope and scenarios
- An open and flexible approach to your work, including the ability to work on multiple changes simultaneously, work alongside others as part of a dynamic delivery team and the initiative to work individually
- Good communication and presentation skills, including a strong attention to detail
Experience of using or supporting Housing sector systems and/or applications, e.g. Orchard, Accuserv, etc.
