Home Ownership Administrator
Job Introduction
So…. What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent Home Ownership Administrator, to support our busy Commercial Team.
With the recent development of almost 400 new build shared ownership units during FY 2023 and more to come, this is an exciting time to join our Commercial Team.
We are looking for great communication skills - a genuine “people person”, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
What will my working week look like?
You will be working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, mainly from home, but you will also be required to attend our Head Office in Warrington approximately a couple of times a week, so it’s essential you’re living within the North West.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing admin support to the Home Ownership and Commercial Transactions teams.
You will oversee the reporting of property repairs, keeping accurate records, assist with sales enquiries and the re-sale process, rent reviews, morning welfare calls, attend meetings, minute taking and maintain our filing system amongst other duties, providing administrative support to the Home Ownership and Commercial Transactions Teams.
One of the great things about this role is the variety of tasks you will undertake. Every day is unique and presents fresh challenges and an opportunity to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.
And what would make me stand out from the crowd?
To be a successful Home Ownership Administrator, here at YHG, you will have experience of building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting a busy department. You’ll have good knowledge of IT systems and excellent organisational skills, with the freedom to prioritise and organise your own workload.
This role is really suited to someone who likes to be kept busy and enjoys working alone and as part of a team.
