Salary Banding: £19,200 pa

Contract Duration: 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours (weekly): 35 Hours (Working Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance & Facilities Agent, covering Central Liverpool, for 6 months. You will be provided with a company van; therefore, it is essential you hold a full UK driving licence.
As a Compliance and Facilities Agent, you’ll be carrying out block inspections (including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing), taking corrective actions from Fire Risk Assessments and carrying out YHG site visits relating to gas compliance.
You will ensure YHG remains 100% compliant in line with Health & Safety regulations within the communal areas of YHG properties, arranging for the removal of hazards and reporting repairs.
You will utilise your excellent communication skills to take ownership and/or escalate customer queries, whilst carrying out inspections using your good ICT skills to use the mobile devices essential to carry out your duties.
As a Compliance and Facilities Agent, you will be self-motivated with a good attention to detail and ideally will have experience of lone working in a similar role.
