Hours (weekly):  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Property Agent, to cover Crewe and Macclesfield.

Your work ‘base’ is agile – meaning you’ll be paid all business mileage from your first appointment to your last appointment and have the support of agile hubs, providing you with a wi-fi connection and copying/printing facilities.

As a Property Agent, you’ll utilise your knowledge of Housing Legislation managing over 700 properties within the Crewe and Macclesfield area, delivering an efficient face to face local housing management service to our customers, providing property viewings, walk off’s and tenancy sign-up, manage cases of anti-social behaviour and ongoing neighborhood issues.

If you have….

• exceptional housing management experience
• experience managing cases of Anti-Social Behavior and safeguarding concerns
• strong interpersonal communication skills
• ability to build strong relationship with partner agencies
• a good understanding and management of compliance, health and safety and risk
• a solid understanding of IT systems (e.g. Word and Excel)
• the ability to work independently in a quickly changing environment
