Job Introduction

Role: Commercial Transaction Administrator

Salary: 16,830 - 19,444

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Warrington

The Commercial Transaction Team provides a group service to Your Housing Groups internal and external customers. The team administer the sales process in respect of Low Cost Home Ownership, Assignments (Re-Sales), Staircasing, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and some land sales on behalf of the Group.

The commercial transaction administrator will be required to facilitate the groups Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales from initial enquiry to completion, liaising with customers, internal colleagues, and solicitors. The administrator will also support the Commercial Transaction Officers, Homeownership Officers, and PRS Officers with the groups low cost home ownership sales, leasehold management, PRS and market rent.

The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with partners through which we deliver and receive services to ensure they meet the needs of leases agreements, legislation and are good value for money e.g valuers, Estate Agents, Solicitors etc.

Essential Criteria for this role are as follows: -

  • Experience of maintaining positive working relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire for a Registered Provider.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to interpret complex information e.g. leases and transfer agreements
