Due to an internal promotion, Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, experienced Works Supervisor to join the team.

You will ensure that pre and post inspections/QA checks of voids, and other repairs, are completed and properties “walked off” to the required Group standard and handed over on time and within budget.

As our Works Supervisor, you will assist the Contract supervisors in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Void and Planned Maintenance Service including the monitoring and managing of a team of Trade Operatives.  As Works Supervisor, you will fulfil a critical role within the organisation, ensuring that the roles and responsibilities of our Trade Operatives, are fully adhered to.

If you have……

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• experience of supervising repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment
• a full UK Driving License (with no more than six penalty points)
• solid health and safety knowledge
• experience of using schedule of rates codes
