Due to continued growth, fix360 have new and exciting opportunities for a proactive, experienced Voids Supervisor to join a growing, dynamic team.
As a Voids Supervisor, you will assist the Contract supervisors in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Void and Planned Maintenance Service including the monitoring and managing of a team of Trade Operatives.
The Voids Supervisor fulfils a critical role within the organisation and ensures that the roles and responsibilities of Trade Operatives are adhered to.

If you have……
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency
- Experience of supervising repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment Full UK Driving License
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Experience of using schedule of rates codes
