Hours (weekly):         35 (Monday to Friday)

What’s the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officers, covering Trafford, Salford & Stockport.

You will be living locally to Greater Manchester, using your own vehicle (business mileage is reimbursed) to travel around your ‘patch’ with freedom to manage your diary around your customer visits and stakeholder meetings.  You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), for meetings and training.

You’ll be working 35 hours, Monday to Friday.

What will I be responsible for doing?

Working independently, taking a customer first approach, you will manage the delivery of end to end tenancy management activity providing an excellent customer experience.

As our Tenancy Management Officer, we’re looking for:

• knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and property / tenancy management
• good knowledge of best practice in safeguarding adults and safeguarding children
• excellent customer service skills
• good problem solving and negotiation skills
• the ability to be effective in a quickly changing environment
• good team working and relationship building skills,
• experience of working with customers in one to one and group situations
• experience within the housing sector.
