Salary Banding:         £23,000-£27,000

Contract Duration:     Permanent

Hours (weekly):         35 (Monday to Friday)

We have recently completed a full review of our Customer Operating Model, to enable us to further enhance the levels of support and service we offer to our customers and continue working towards a best in class service.

Due to this growth and the launch of the new Customer Operating Model, we have a new opportunity for Tenancy Management Officers, covering the Staffordshire, Moorlands Region.

You will live locally to Leek/Staffordshire Moorlands and have the freedom to manage your diary around your customer visits and stakeholder meetings.  You will be required to visit our Collaboration Hub in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), for meetings and training, when needed.

Working independently, you will manage and  take the lead on the delivery of end to end customer focused tenancy management, providing an effective tenancy management service, within a specific geographic area within Your Housing Group

To be a successful Tenancy Management Officer, you will have:

  • knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and property / tenancy management
  • good knowledge of best practice in safeguarding adults and safeguarding children
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • the ability to be effective in a quickly changing environment
  • good team working and relationship building skills,
  • experience of working with customers in one to one and group situations
