Salary:  £15,200 - £19,095 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Brookvale Community Centre, Runcorn

Duration:  Fixed Term Contract until 31/03/2017

Hours:  35 hours per week

As Site Supervisor, your role will be to support the effective delivery of building services to all Your Housing Group staff and visitors. You will be extremely customer focused, approachable, and committed to helping others get the best possible experience of Brookvale Community Centre.

This is a varied role and on a daily basis will, amongst other things, typically involve dealing with the preparing of rooms and equipment for hirers, carrying out minor repairs, ensuring that the highest possible standards of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained at all times across the whole building. You will be required to carry out statutory compliance checks and tests and also to maintain high standards of security.

There is a requirement to promote Community Centre activities and services within the wider community and to process Centre bookings in a timely manner and, therefore, excellent communication skills are essential.

You will possess administrative skills and with training be able to order products and services using the Company’s choice of e-finance system.

You will already possess experience in a similar customer facing role and will be very much a team player.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
