Job Title:  Service Desk Analyst

Salary Banding:  £24,000 - £28,000, per annum

Job Location:  Warrington

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has a fantastic opportunity for Service Desk Analyst (1st line), to support the ICT Technical Service Desk Team by providing 1st line, telephone and desk-based technical support to our internal customers.

As a Service Desk Analyst (1st line), you will be the first point of call for your customers ICT related issues and will be responsible for giving advice, assistance and by performing 1st line fixes on a wide range of incidents. You will also, when needed make decisions on when to escalate incidents to 2nd line Service Desk Analysts, to ensure customers receive an efficient and effective resolution. 

Customers are at the heart of our support function and you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service, doing all you can to support the team and adhere to its Service Level Agreements. As a Service Desk Analyst (1st line), you will be enthusiastic, passionate and have an interest in further developing a career in ICT along with the desire to build skills, knowledge and gain experience for the future.

As a Service Desk Analyst (1st line), you will be deadline driven, and have some previous experience of 1st line support in a VMware environment along with experience of supporting customers with issues within Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Director and Microsoft Exchange.  You will have excellent attention to detail, strong listening and questioning skills which will ensure accurate information is fully recorded.
