Salary : circa £20,000

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly): 35

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager working across two of our Independent Living schemes In Eccles, Manchester – Lancaster Lodge (M6 8NA) and Otterburn House (M20 9EY).

You will be providing housing related services, signposting and liaising with customers and their families, and supporting customers to maintain the safety and security of their home.  As a Scheme Manager, you’ll be delivering an enhanced housing management service to older customers, either directly or by working with colleagues and other agencies.

You’ll also be supporting with referrals and housing applications, assisting our customers to stay safe, and ensuring we provide high quality customer services.
