Your Housing Group has over 28,00 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, including a large portfolio of sheltered housing and retirement living schemes.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager working across two of our Independent Living / Sheltered Housing schemes – Egerton Court in Chorlton, Manchester (M21 9HF) and Lee Court in Northenden, Manchester (M22 4HZ), providing housing related services, signposting and liaising with customers and their families, and supporting customers to maintain the safety and security of their home.

As a Scheme Manager, you’ll be delivering an enhanced housing management service to older customers, either directly or by working with colleagues and other agencies. You’ll also be supporting with referrals and housing applications, assisting our customers to stay safe, and ensuring we provide high quality customer services.
