Hours (weekly):  17.5 (Monday to Friday 9am-12.30pm)

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time (working Monday-Friday 9am-12.30pm) experienced Scheme Manager at one of our sheltered housing schemes – Ogden Court - in Hyde, Greater Manchester (SK14 2RD), providing housing related services, signposting and liaising with customers and their families, and supporting customers to maintain the safety and security of their home.

This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.  Therefore, a DBS ENHANCED check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
