Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Scheduling Team Leader to join a team dedicated to our void properties.

As a Scheduling Team Leader at Fix360, you will fulfil a critical role within the organisation; providing support, mentoring and continual guidance for the team, reporting back to the Scheduling Manager where needed.  You will be a key protagonist in providing exceptional levels of customer service in a safe, efficient and economical way in accordance with quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a new specialist team in creating, developing and controlling works planning and scheduling processes to achieve excellence and efficiency

Although not essential, ideally you will have experience working within the social housing sector and if you have….

• Knowledge/experience of using Accuserve is preferred but training can be provided for the right person.
• Significant experience in a customer facing role
• Experience of scheduling maintenance activity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive work load.
• Previous experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role.
• Proficient IT knowledge and understanding.
