So…. What is this role exactly?
We have a fabulous opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the elderly to manage our highly supportive team at our stunning Retirement Living Scheme in Ellesmere Port.
You will be responsible for delivering quality Retirement Living scheme services, ensuring that excellent customer service is achieved, performance is maximised and that all activity supports the achievement of the Groups vision/PFI Contracts and is reflective of older people’s aspirations.
What will my working week look like?
The role is scheme based 35 hours Monday to Friday .
What will I be responsible for doing?
If you have the following experience – we would like to hear from you:-
- Managing older peoples housing services/schemes
- Managing staff
- Ability to relate to a diverse range of people in building positive relationships
- Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy/housing management principles/PFI
- Ability to work alone and organise workload accordingly
- Effective communication skills to be able to work with members of the public, particularly older people in an empathetic manner and to be able to communicate information in a clear and understandable manner
