This is an exciting opportunity for a Night Supervisor at Heyeswood RLS Heyes Avenue, Haydock WA11 0XQ
This is a great opportunity to join a Happy, Friendly Team at Heyeswood.
We are looking for a person who can undertake Tasks, Locking of bin Chute rooms and opening next morning before end of shift. Assisting with any fire alarm activations with the onsite care team, along with other duties.
What will my working week look like?
The hours of work are 21 on a 3 week rota basis, as summarised below:
Week 1: 2 Nights
Week 2: 3 Nights
Week 3: 2 Nights
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will ensure the security of the scheme and its residents, Meeting contractors, visitors and emergency services throughout the night.
Other responsibilities of our Night Supervisor will be:
∙Assisting the care staff with any Fire Alarm Activations
∙Carrying out Patrols during the night for the security of the building Internally & Externally.
∙Deal with any building emergencies Contacting Out of Hours Manager on call.
∙Carry out Water Flushes
∙Empty bins in reception/office
One of the great things about this role is carrying out all the above tasks, having the time to wander around the building and carry out the tasks in a timely manner, as it can be very quiet, we are looking for a friendly personality who uses their initiative and a person who takes responsibility of their actions. Someone who is flexible in their approach to work and who can work well with the on site care team and liaise with the day team via communication sheet.
