Salary:  £8.25 per hour, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Hollymere, Ellesmere Port

Duration:  Permanent

Hours:  16 per week on a two week rota working Thursday – Sunday

We are looking for a Cleaner to provide a professional and reliable cleaning service to Hollymere Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) in Ellesmere Port, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times that meets or exceeds our contractual requirements.

You will carry out a range of cleaning duties to all communal areas of the building, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times.  You will report any potential health and safety hazards around the building that could cause injury.

You will be committed to the principles of customer care, demonstrate awareness of health and safety, have experience of using domestic and industrial cleaning equipment and will be able to work with a minimum of supervision.  If you can meet these requirements we are keen to hear from you.

This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.  Therefore a DBS STANDARD check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
