Your Housing Group is part of the Sapphire Consortium appointed to deliver 390 high quality retirement apartments as part of a PFI contract in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent city council. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the elderly to join our highly supportive team at our stunning Retirement Living Village at Oak Priory in Abbey Hulton, Stoke which is currently in development.
You will be responsible for providing reception cover at Oak Priory, to take and respond to enquiries from residents and customers whilst ensuring that the Retirement Living scheme meets strict key performance indicators, SLA’s and contract agreements. You will also carry out general administrative duties for the team and be required to provide cover for colleagues’ absence/leave.
You will be working closely with onsite partners, agencies and colleagues to ensure the delivery of a first class admin service, compliance with health and safety legislation and adherence to good practice.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is therefore subject to ENHANCED DBS clearance.
