Your Housing Group have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) Administrator based at our over 55’s Retirement Living Scheme at Brunswick Gardens, Woodhouse, Sheffield, S13.

As the RLS Administrator, naturally you’ll provide general administration duties, including file-management, inputting information onto housing management systems and other administrative tasks relating to office management (e.g.stationery orders, and building facility testing), support with arranging meetings and taking minutes at meetings, where appropriate.

The RLS Administrator role is part of a wider team made up of a Site Officer and an RLS Scheme Manager. You will be required to support the RLS Scheme Manager in their duties and ensure all KPIs are met.

You would be required to have excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of IT systems with strong organisational skills, being able to assess, prioritise and organise your own workload.   

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.

What will my working week look like? 

The Hours of work are 35 hours per week to be completed over five days.
