Your Housing Group have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) Administrator based at our over 55’s Retirement Living Scheme at The Windings, Cable Drive, Helsby (WA6 0FP).
You will work as part of a small team to provide front of house services, providing reception cover at the Scheme, supporting and signposting residents, customers and visitors. You will also support the RLS Scheme Manager with organising and delivering social events for the scheme.
As the RLS Administrator, naturally you’ll provide general administration duties, including file-management, inputting information onto housing management systems and other administrative tasks relating to office management (e.g. stationery orders, and building facility testing), support with arranging meetings and taking minutes at meetings, where appropriate.
As the Scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, you will be working 17.5 hours each week over a 7-day rota, between the hours of 8am and 2pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays, to ensure support and service standards are maintained.
It’s a given you have excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of IT systems with strong organisational skills, being able to assess, prioritise and organise your own workload.
