Role:                     Resource Planner  

Salary:                  £22,000 - £24,120 per annum

Location:             Partington, Manchester

Duration:             Permanent

Hours:                  40 per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

fix360 is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Resource Planner to support our Resource Planning team, based at Partington (M31).

As a Scheduler / Resource Planner at fix360, you will take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of resources to deliver repairs and maintenance for our customers.   As part of a small team of Schedulers, you will provide an exceptional resource planning services to our customers, providing them with prompt, professional and accurate information, conducting outbound calls to update on the progress of service request and ensure that information is updated on the appropriate systems accurately and in a timely manner.

It's a given that as a Schedule / Resource Planner, you will have a strong track record in resource scheduling and customer service, with excellent communications skills.  As a Scheduler / Resource Planner, you will have an understanding of planning effective work priorities, experience of working within agreed performance targets, ensuring that productivity and Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
