Fix360 is the dynamic in-house contractor maintaining Your Housing Groups portfolio of 28,000 multi-tenure portfolio across the North West of England. Since set up in 2017, fix360 has gone from strength to strength and continues to grow and evolve.

It’s due to this growth and continued evolution, that we now have a unique opportunity for a Repairs & Maintenance Contract Manager to join a motivated and dynamic team and make a huge impact in shaping the way we deliver our services.

You will play an instrumental role leading delivery of our repairs service, leveraging your previous experience leading large repairs teams of 100+ operatives to help drive increasing service excellence and adherence to compliance and operational standards.

As a Contract Manager, you are part of the fix360 management team, therefore you will thrive in taking full responsibility for delivering a high performing repairs and maintenance service. FY21 was our best year to date since set up - you’ll support us continue that success by owning performance management,  both of inhouse delivery and supply chain, proactively mixing tried and tested and new ways of working to deliver our continuous improvement targets.

As a member of fix360s management team, you will coach and develop a number of supervisors and other teams, but just as important you will be a visible and proactive leader across the broader fix360 team and the Group - confident and able to both influence and consult as a critical friend to a wide range of senior internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers.

As a Contract Manager you will be seen within the Group as fix360s subject matter expert for all Repairs & Maintenance activity associated with Health and Safety compliance, demand and capacity planning, customer satisfaction, field operations and performance management of the workforce.  

In return we offer a competitive salary of £50k+, 20 days annual leave, plus 3 discretionary days between Christmas & New Year, plus Bank Holidays, a pension scheme matched up to 8% and a Health Care Cash Back Scheme.

You will be genuinely motivated to achieve results, have resilience and tact, demonstrable prior experience of working at a similar level in a fast paced commercial/FM/housing environment and live within a reasonable traveling distance from our new state of the art HO in Birchwood, Warrington to collaborate and meet the team when needed.
