Job Title:                       Rent and Service Charge Manager

Salary Banding:            £40,000 - £45,000

Hours (weekly):            35 (Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has a fantastic opportunity for a homebased Rent and Service Charge Manager – living within a reasonably travelling distance of Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to be able to attend our Head Office/Collaboration space for meetings, 121’s and training, when required.

You will utilise your existing people management experience to develop and lead the Rent and Service Charge Team to deliver accurate and compliant service charge review calculations, together with issuing the relevant notices to tenants.  

As the Rent & Service Charge Manager, you will ensure that income received matches the budgeted income and maximise opportunities for income and value for money services for both our customers and the Group.

If you have experience….

• of rent and variable service charges within social housing
• ensuring the charge setting processes and calculations comply with current legislation and regulations
• maintaining records for use in Key Performance Indicators measuring service quality
• leading on Section 20 consultation processes and procedures
• leading successful Rent & Service Charge Teams
