Salary Banding:            £30,000 - £35,000

Job Location:                 Homebased North West

Contact Duration:         Permanent

Hours (weekly):            35 (Monday to Friday)

What’s the role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a homebased Rent Charge Lead – living within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to be able to attend meetings, 121’s and training.

 

What will I be responsible for?

You will utilise your existing team management experience to develop and lead the Rent Team to deliver accurate and compliant calculations, together with issuing the relevant notices to tenants.  

As the Rent Charge Lead, you will ensure that income received matches the budgeted income and maximise opportunities for income and value for money services for both our customers and the Group.

  • ensuring the charge setting processes and calculations comply with current legislation and regulations
  • maintaining records for use in Key Performance Indicators measuring service quality
  • leading successful Rent Charge Teams
