This is an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Services Assistant / Receptionist / Administrator  providing front of house and administration services, at Hollymere Extra Care Scheme, New Grosvenor Rd Ellesmere Port, CH65 2HH .

This is a great opportunity to connect with older people and add to the already existing value of the Team, in an environment where we encourage employee growth and education through our training and resources.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent customer service and communication skills - a real "people person".  

What will my working week look like? 

You'll be working 35 hours on a 2-week rota as shown below:

Week 1: Mon 9am-5pm; Tues, Wed & Friday 8am-5pm; (Thursday off) Saturday 10am-2pm

Week 2: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will provide front of house services to the Scheme, working as part of a small team to support the Scheme Manager to meet performance targets

To be a successful as RLS Assistant / Administrator, here at YHG, you will have...

• previous office experience (eg filing and admin tasks)
• solid experience of using Microsoft ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• the ability to prioritise a busy workload
