Your Housing Group has an opportunity for a Cleaner to start as soon as possible, based at Hollymere Retirement Living Scheme (RLS) in Ellesmere Port and working 16 hours per week.
You will be working 16 hours per week, working Monday & Tuesday 8am-1.30pm and Wednesday 8am-1pm.
As our Cleaner, you will carry out a range of cleaning duties, including the communal areas of the building, reporting any potential health & safety hazards. As our Cleaner, you will provide a professional and reliable cleaning service, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness to meet our contractual requirements.
You will be committed to the principles of customer care, have previous experience of using domestic and industrial cleaning equipment and be able to work with minimum supervision.
In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.

This role is eligible for a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults) and is defined as regulated activity under Part 1 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. Therefore, a DBS Basic check for a regulated activity is an essential requirement.
