This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Performance Co-ordinator (Damp and Mould) to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality diagnosis and management service of damp and mould.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Performance Co-Ordinator working within the Repairs & Maintenance Team. It is a great time to be joining as we are looking to add to and strengthen our existing damp and mould team. We are looking for a highly competent and enthusiastic person that will assist with the diagnosing and triaging of damp and mould cases, reviewing/analysing repairs data and liaising with Building Surveyors/Contract Supervisors and generally colleagues across the business.
What will my working week look like?
The role will involve predominantly working from home, working 35 hours per week on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be assisting in the diagnosing and managing of damp and mould related issues. This role plays a major part in resolving the issue for the customer by raising the relevant repairs, arranging a surveyor inspection and communicating with the customer throughout the process to give them regular updates in line with Awaabs Law.
As part of the role you will be updating and managing a case management system so that the relevant information is up to date and recorded in one centralised location.

- Experience of monitoring and meeting set KPI’s for set objectives
- An understanding of building defects, diagnosis and required corrective action.
- You will have basic health and safety knowledge in a repair’s environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail & IT skills
Ideally you will have/be …….
- Relevant experience of working within repairs and maintenance.
- Clear and articulate communication skills, verbal and written.
- Passionate about right first time and delivering a quality service.
