What’s the role?
Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support our Development Team with Property Sales Admin.
You’ll be homebased, living within a reasonable travelling distance of Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to visit our Head Office to attending meetings, 121’s or training courses and to access services such as photocopying and sending/receiving mail and attending new Development Site to support Sales Team, when required.
What will I be responsible for doing?
In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries and providing administrative support to our Property Sales Team, co-ordinating diaries and arranging property viewings.
As the Sales Team’s Administrator, you will provide a first-class customer experience via telephone and email. You will also be liaising with colleagues, surveyors and solicitors and assisting with producing reports and obtaining valuations.
You will also work our internal Governance Team, ensuring documents are processed within the required timeframes, linking in with the Finance team to administer payments.

As our Administrator, you’ll……
- Be managing a busy workload and enjoy multi-task whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- have excellent communication skills with exceptional relationship building skills
- really enjoy providing customers with an excellent support service
- have experience of maintaining accurate records
- have great PC skills (eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to an intermediate to advanced level
