Job Title:  Project Manager Housing Development

Salary:   circa £40,000

Job Location: Homebased  North West

Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Mon – Fri)

What’s the role?

Your Housing Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our existing small team of Project Managers.

You will be homebased, currently living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to attend meetings and training.

What will I be responsible for?

As a Project Manager within our Housing Development team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders on various housing association development projects from inception through to completion.  You will utilise your experience of dealing with clients, whilst overseeing the management of contractors and site-based activity.

How will I stand out from the crowd?

You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering high quality homes and consistently achieving your targets, whilst delivering an effective and commercially focussed service.

You will bring with you you’re previous experience of housing association development and/or regeneration projects, to ensure we are able to deliver our ambitious growth targets.

We’re looking for….

  • knowledge of the detailed design, contract documentation and administration associated with a large development programme
  • commercial awareness and quality focused
  • self motivation, with the drive, tenacity and ability to maintain focus under complex conditions
  • the ability to co-ordinate project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to required standards

Alongside a competitive salary of circa £40,000, you will receive up 33 days annual leave, which increases with length of service.
