Hours (weekly):  35 (Mon – Fri)

Therefore, our Project Team is also growing, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our existing small team of Project Managers.

You will ideally have development and construction experience, to ensure we deliver our ambitious growth targets, with the ability to focus on developing and maintaining a robust programme management function from inception through to completion.  

You will have strong people management skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering high quality homes and consistently achieving your targets, whilst delivering an effective and commercially focussed service.

• have practical knowledge of building, construction and contracts
• knowledge of the detailed design, contract documentation and administration associated with a large development programme
• have commercial awareness and are quality focused
• are self motivated with the drive and tenacity and ability to maintain focus under complex conditions
• have the ability to lead teams, focusing on driving value, whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to required standards
