Salary:  £44,000 - £47,000

Job Location:  North West

Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly):  35 (Monday – Friday)

Are you a Project Manager looking to be a key part of a Business Change and Transformation Team?     Do you want to make a difference by delivering change projects within a collaborative and engaging environment?

What’s the role?

Your Housing Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, within the Business Change and Transformation Team, managing and delivering projects that will support the strategic objectives and business plan for the Group.

You will be homebased, living within the North West, to be able to travel to our Head office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) to attend meetings, and training.

What will I be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and defining business processes to identify operational requirements, problems, and opportunities.  Naturally, you will be solutions-focused and not just about pointing out the issues.  You will be focused on improving the status quo at an operational level, and optimally aligning these processes with business strategy and objectives.

You will also be responsible for managing the delivery of effective business change projects, ensuring plans are comprehensive, realistic and efficiently resourced. You will manage risks, issues and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.  

How will I stand out from the crowd?

Social Housing experience will definitely make you stand out!  You will also have exceptional project management experience in a fast paced and challenging business.

  • Strong Project Management background, managing Business Change Projects, with a clear focus on time, to budget and to the required quality
  • Experience of developing robust project plans,  achieving stakeholder buy in to support delivery
  • Experience shaping and developing business cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
