Your Housing Group is currently looking to undertake several digital transformation and change projects that will enable us to become more efficient and leaders within our market and we are looking for an innovative and engaging Programme Management Office Manager to support the delivery of a portfolio of projects within service, infrastructure and organisational reconfiguration.
As our PMO Manager, you’ll implement and tailor PMO services across several complex projects. You will be the leader in PMO setup, applying best practices from relevant methodologies, tailoring these to meet project needs.
You will champion the collaborative working of a cross-functional PMO team. You will be an effective relationship builder, able to innovate, influence and engage stakeholders from all areas of the business in the journey of change with you.
The PMO Function will be the organisers for programmes of change and the centre of excellence in supporting the delivery of change, through effective and appropriate governance and reporting.
Working closely with the Group’s Programme Managers, as PMO Manager, you will help to manage the demand for change resource and prioritise staff allocation and resources. You will support the ICT & Change Team with a clear view of pipeline, costs, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation and supporting workshop facilitation.
