So…. What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Rent Administrator to be a key part of a fast-paced and target driven Private Rent Team. You will be based from home providing the first point of contact to our Private Rented and Rent to Buy customers. In addition to this, you will provide effective administrative support for the team. This will involve referencing new customers, maintaining our databases as well as raising purchase orders and coding invoices.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who is customer focussed with strong communication skills, who can work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to provide the highest standards of service to our customers. You will be resilient, well organised and committed to support the team delivering excellent lettings and tenancy management services.
What will my working week look like?
You will provide an effective administration management service as part of the Private Rented Team. Providing support for the team to deliver lettings, voids, tenancy management and estate management services. As Private Rent Administrator, you will be homebased but travel regularly to our collaboration space in Birchwood, Warrington. Occasionally you may be asked to assist with visits to our properties in and around Greater Manchester, Warrington, Merseyside, Warrington, Cheshire and Chorley.
You will work 35 hours a week. You will be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately twice a week.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be the first point of contact for our Private Rented and Rent to Buy customers. You will be supporting the PRS Team by referencing our prospective customers using our online portal and keeping interested parties updated. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, coding/disputing invoices and maintaining our online systems.
One of the great things about this role is variety, no 2 days will be the same. You will be the backbone of our team ensuring smooth operations by handling tasks efficiently and supporting the team to provide the best possible service to our Private Rent and Rent to Buy Customers.
