Fix360 is a Your Housing Group company, formed in October 2017 to independently service the Group’s properties across the North West of England. As a commercial contractor, we aim to provide the best service to our customers, using the most up to date digital solutions.  YHG has over 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands. The business also has a large portfolio of retirement living developments and an innovative private rental offer in Nuvu.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a team tasked with maintaining domestic and commercial properties with a focus on exceptional customer service.

You’ll be paid from the minute you leave home (as your travel to/from patch is included in your work day), you’ll also be regionally based in and around the North West, so no excessive journey times and as you’re working Monday to Friday, you’ll have your weekends free to spend with family and friends.

In the role you will carry out plumbing on maintenance, major and minor construction work; ensuring that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety. 

Duties will include repair/installation hot and cold-water systems including pipes, fixtures and fittings and other associated plumbing used for water distribution/disposal, repair/installation of gutter/drainage systems.

Although not essential, ideally you will have experience working within the social housing sector and have….

  • NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Basic health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment
  • Experience of completing repairs and maintenance works
  • Experience of delivering services in a customer care environment
