Hours:               40 (Monday to Friday)

Are you a Plasterer who wants your paid working hours to start from the moment you leave home?

Due to continued growth, fix360 (Your Housing Group’s in-house contractor) is looking for an experienced Plasterer, living within a reasonable travelling distance of Warrington, to join a team tasked with maintaining domestic and commercial properties with a focus on exceptional customer service. 

As a Plasterer at fix360 your duties include patching, skimming, boarding, 2 coat plaster work, internal and external rendering, coving and cornice and insulation.  You may also be required to undertake minor joinery, repointing and brickwork work, associated with plastering work.

You’ll be paid from the minute you leave home (as your travel to/from patch is included in your working hours), you’ll be regionally based travelling throughout the Group in and around the North West, but no excessive journey times and as you’re working Monday to Friday, you’ll have your weekends free to spend with family and friends.

All tools and equipment you need will be provided eg mobile phone, PDA/hand-held, full uniform, company van and fuel card (for business use) and all relevant power tools.

Although not essential, ideally you will have experience working within the social housing sector. You will have….

• NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification or equivalent in Plastering
• Full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points)
• Basic health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment
• Experience of completing repairs and maintenance works
• Experience of delivering services in a customer care environment
