Role: Payroll & Benefits Advisor
Salary: £24,730 - £27,500
Location: Homebased
Duration: Fixed Term Contract to July 2022
Weekly Hours: 35 (working Monday to Friday)

If the answer is yes, then here at Your Housing Group, we currently have a rare opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join us on a fixed term basis (minimum of 9 months) to support within the payroll team due to a period of maternity leave.

So, whether you are an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor looking for a fresh challenge, or perhaps at the start of your payroll career and looking for some more experience within a fast paced and supportive payroll environment then we would like to hear from you!
As our Payroll & Benefits Advisor, you will…
- have previous experience of working in a payroll environment
- be part of a small and supportive team, delivering a timely and accurate end-to-end Payroll & Benefits service for approx. 1000 employees
- be responsible for the accurate input of payroll information onto our HR System
- undertake administration and reconciliation of the pension scheme, overtime and expenses, and our employee benefit schemes
- help employees with general payroll queries
- be a self-motivated, team player
- have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- have excellent attention to detail, even when under pressure

You will be homebased and living in the North West within a reasonable travelling distance of our collaboration hub, based in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH), to attend meetings, 121’s and training, when required.
