Salary Banding:  circa £30,000

Hours (weekly):  35 Monday to Friday

Your Housing Group have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of extra care schemes, which includes three Retirement Living Schemes in the Chester area, ensuring excellent customer service is achieved and performance is maximised.

As our Operations Manager, you will have….

• previous experience of coaching and developing a team
• excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• great relationship building skills with colleagues and customers
• extra care and retirement housing experience
• experience of managing mixed tenure schemes for older people
• demonstrable knowledge of housing legislation and housing management principles
