This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the elderly to join our high performing Older People Services team. You will be based at Many Brook House, Hoghton and will be responsible for Sheltered Housing Schemes in the Lancashire area.
Our OPS Officers are responsible for the delivery of an outstanding older peoples housing management service ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to both residents and stakeholders and that all activity supports the achievement of the group’s visions and is reflective of older peoples aspirations.
You will be responsible for ensuring the sheltered schemes meet key performance indicators and that both SLA’s and contract agreement are fully compliant with adherence to good practice by further developing and enhancing the excellent relationships with on site partners, agencies and colleagues.
You will have experience of managing sheltered housing schemes, staff and have a good understanding of housing legislation.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is therefore subject to ENHANCED DBS clearance.
