So…. What is this role exactly?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketeer to join our fast-paced Communications, Engagement & Marketing department, as the Marketing & Brand Manager at Your Housing Group. 

This is a homebased role with regular attendance at our collaboration, social and wellbeing space in Birchwood, Warrington.

You will be a qualified and experienced marketeer (degree level), with extensive experience in a similar role.

What will my working week look like? 

Varied and busy! You will manage the development and delivery of all marketing activity for the Group, particularly concentrating on our Landlord and Growth strategic priorities.

You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our new collaboration, social and wellbeing space, Youggle House in Warrington, to attend collaboration sessions, events, meetings and training courses.  

You’ll be required to visit Youggle House approximately 3 to 4 times per month, alongside other Your Housing Group locations, including existing housing schemes and new build developments.

What will I be responsible for doing?

You will be developing and delivering a variety of impactful campaigns targeting our existing residents.  

You will also be taking the lead on all lead-generation marketing activity, aligned to our new build development programme. 

You will be the brand champion for the team, ensuring all communications, engagement and marketing activity is aligned to our two brands.

This role is really suited to someone with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and manage, measure and report on multiple campaigns.
