This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified marketeer at the start of their marketing career, to join our fast-paced Communications, Engagement & Marketing department as Marketing & Brand Coordinator, here at YHG.

What will I be responsible for doing?

You will be responsible for delivering a variety of impactful Marketing campaigns targeting our existing residents, alongside supporting our Development team and Marketing & Brand Manager, in all lead-generation marketing activity aligned to our new build development programmes.

As our brand steward, you will also support the wider team in ensuring all communications, engagement and marketing activity is aligned to our two brands.

One of the great things about this role is the variety of the work, no two days are the same in the marketing team! Working alongside the Marketing & Brand Manager and other team members you will support with the delivery of all marketing activity for the Group, particularly concentrating on our Landlord and Growth strategic priorities.

A passion to deliver a best-in-class marketing service, which is data driven and results focused would certainly be of benefit, as would a collaborative approach as the Marketing, Comms and engagement team here at YHG have a fantastic team ethos.

The ability to juggle multiple projects, and some experience in the development and creation of on and offline assets, including print, social media, websites, PR, signage and event management will be of real interest

Ideally you will be Qualified (to diploma level or above), with some experience in a similar role, or perhaps have recently completed an apprenticeship in Marketing and are looking for the next right move for you!

In return we offer £20,000 - £22,000 for a 35-hour week, and 25 days leave (holidays increase with length of service) plus Bank Holidays, but our employee deal offers much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
