Role: Lettings & Move In Coordinator – Ref YHG/TP/66/158
Salary: £22,400 - £28,140 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Location: Maple West, Chell, Stoke on Trent
Duration: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Hours: 35 per week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Tier: 5R

We have a fabulous opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the elderly to join our highly supportive team at our stunning Retirement Living Villages in Stoke, two of which are currently operational in in Burton and Abbey Hulton. The third scheme, Maple West in Chell, is due to be completed in May 2017 therefore we would like the successful applicant to commence employment in January 2017.
You will be responsible for looking at the demand for the properties, maximising initial occupancy levels and working closely with external partners. You will be providing support to new residents when moving and settling into the properties at the new schemes as well as supporting the staff team throughout the handover process of the new development.
If you have the following experience – we would be really keen to hear from you
- Experience of housing, lettings and tenancymanagement
- Knowledge of retirement living housing and other services for older people in the wider community.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems
- Ability to work alone and organise workload accordingly
- Ability to relate to a diverse range of people in building positive relationships
- Effective communication skills to be able to work with members of the public, particularly older people in an empathetic manner, and to be able to communicate information in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent eye for detail
