Role:  Leasehold Officer – Ref YHG/TP/66/281

Salary:  £22,400 - £28,140 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Grove Village, Manchester

Duration:  Permanent

Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday

Tier:  5R

Are you looking for a varied role working as part of an established generic housing and leasehold team?

The role will involve providing a first class customer service, being responsible for our 20 apartment blocks being fully compliant and ensuring that all spending is with the budgets set. You will also be responsible for the collection of Service Charge and Ground Rent, all Section 20 consultations and effectively dealing with any breaches of lease. This could include property condition, anti-social behaviour and not using an approved agent – you will do all this whilst running a one stop shop!

If you would like to work in a busy office where no two days are the same and can demonstrate great administration and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and a flexible approach then we are keen to hear from you.
